Job Description:
We're seeking an ambitious and driven Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our founding team in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. As a founding SDR, you will play a crucial role in shaping our sales strategy and driving our company's growth in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries
- Conduct thorough research on target accounts and decision-makers
- Engage with prospects through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques
- Schedule and set up qualified meetings for the sales team
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine our go-to-market strategy
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
- Contribute to the development of sales processes and best practices
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Knowledge of the local business landscape in KSA or UAE
