Job Description:

We're seeking an ambitious and driven Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our founding team in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. As a founding SDR, you will play a crucial role in shaping our sales strategy and driving our company's growth in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts and decision-makers
  • Engage with prospects through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques
  • Schedule and set up qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine our go-to-market strategy
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
  • Contribute to the development of sales processes and best practices
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Self-motivated with a hunger for success and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Knowledge of the local business landscape in KSA or UAE
