Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As we expand across the MENA region, we’re looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in KSA.

You’ll work directly with our Strategic Growth Partner and CEO, helping define how Markopolo grows across Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA ecosystem. You’ll open doors, create relationships that convert, and set the foundation for a regional sales motion that others will follow.

You’ll blend your understanding of local markets with global sales strategies using everything from your network and partner ecosystems to social selling to build pipeline momentum that moves the business forward.

What You’ll Do:
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify high-value leads across Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region.
  • Build multi-channel outreach plans combining Warm introductions from your professional network, Personalized cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, Targeted prospecting through industry events, conferences, and marketing communities and Partner-driven outreach with agencies, system integrators, and ecosystem enablers.
  • Maintain a structured, measurable pipeline for the Founders and Growth Team with clear conversion metrics.
  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to uncover pain points, map buyer intent, and align our solutions with business impact.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine ICPs, tailor messaging, and share market feedback that drives GTM strategy.
  • Track performance and engagement metrics, continuously improving through data-backed experimentation.
  • Represent Markopolo as a trusted first point of contact in the region.
  • Contribute to regional thought leadership by leading prospect webinars, partner enablement sessions, and early case studies.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or MarTech sales, ideally with outbound or hybrid full-cycle exposure.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Saudi national or legally eligible to work in KSA.
  • Demonstrated success in driving qualified opportunities and surpassing SDR quotas.
  • Solid understanding of the marketing, advertising, and e-commerce ecosystem in the MENA region.
  • Strong communication and a data-driven mindset.
  • Resourceful self-starter with a founder-level sense of ownership.
  • Adaptable, globally collaborative, and comfortable with distributed, fast-moving teams.
Your First 90-Day Plan
First 15 Days—Immerse & Strategize
  • Complete deep onboarding on Markopolo’s product, AI features, and key customer use cases.
  • Understand the KSA and MENA buyer landscape including personas, industry verticals, and decision-making dynamics.
  • Build your first target account list of 150–200 qualified leads, segmenting by vertical and deal potential.
  • Align with Marketing and Leadership on outbound messaging and GTM priorities.
Days 16-45—Execute & Optimize
  • Launch outbound campaigns with personalized messaging for each vertical (e-commerce, retail, agency, FMCG).
  • Drive 10–12 qualified meetings per week across a mix of direct outreach, partner introductions, and inbound conversions.
  • Test multiple outreach frameworks, from account-based selling to content-driven follow-ups, and share insights that shape the broader playbook.
  • Support live opportunities with tailored pre-call research, competitor positioning, and follow-ups.
Days 46–90—Own & Scale
  • Fully own the SDR pipeline and conversion performance.
  • Deliver consistent, measurable results: Minimum 40 qualified meetings/month, Minimum 20% conversion of discovery calls to opportunities, Contribution to at least three enterprise-level deal closures by month 3.
  • Build a repeatable KSA outreach playbook that documents what works—channels, tone, timing, and buyer behavior.
  • Mentor incoming SDRs, helping them adopt the regional approach you’ve refined.
  • Present your 6-month regional growth strategy to the leadership team.
