UI/UX Designer

We’re seeking a UI/UX Designer with at least 3 years of experience creating seamless, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences, ideally in the tech, SaaS, or fast-paced product development environments.

You’ll translate complex ideas into clean, elegant interfaces that help people connect, explore, and act without friction.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design user-centric interfaces and craft intuitive user journeys for our AI-driven platform.
  • Collaborate closely with the product, engineering, and marketing teams to shape the user experience of Markopolo.
  • Conduct user research and usability tests to turn insights into design improvements.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that strike a balance between form and function.
  • Define and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across global products.
  • Work on both web and mobile experiences from dashboards to campaign creation flows.
  • Push creative boundaries while staying grounded in data and usability.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design (preferably SaaS or AI-based products).
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern prototyping tools.
  • Familiarity with Design Systems, Accessibility, and User Research principles.
  • Excellent understanding of color, typography, and interaction design.
  • Ability to think strategically, work independently, and communicate clearly.
  • Bonus: experience with motion design, front-end basics (HTML/CSS), or 3D interaction.

30-60-90 Day Plan:

First 30 Days – Learn & Integrate
  • Dive into Markopolo’s platform, products, and design system.
  • Audit existing user journeys and identify usability bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate on small UI tasks and iterate with feedback.
  • Present a mini “UX Audit” with early ideas for improvement.
Next 60 Days – Design & Deliver
  • Own a core flow or feature redesign from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Lead your first usability test session and translate insights into updates.
  • Introduce one enhancement in our design workflow or documentation.
Final 90 Days – Lead & Innovate
  • Drive the UX direction for a key product area or feature launch.
  • Create scalable systems (components, patterns, and interaction libraries).
  • Mentor new designers or interns on process and design thinking.
  • Present a “Design Evolution Deck” highlighting your work, learnings, and roadmap for what’s next.
