Role Overview
We’re hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our KSA expansion. This is a hands-on, high-impact role: you’ll build our pipeline, close enterprise deals, and form strategic partnerships across Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Entry & Growth: Own our Saudi GTM—identify verticals, target accounts, and run outbound and field campaigns.Ple
- Full-Cycle Sales: Qualify leads, pitch solutions, negotiate terms, and close contracts with enterprise clients and agencies.
- Partnerships: Forge alliances with local agencies, systems integrators, and technology partners to accelerate deployment.
- Product Evangelism: Position Markopolo.ai as the go-to AI marketing platform—build trust with C-level executives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in business development or sales within SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or AI—track record of closing enterprise deals in KSA.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi B2B landscape and decision-making cycles.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus).
- Fluent in English & Arabic
What We Offer:
- Salary Range:
- Base: SAR 10,000–15,000 per month
