Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Junior Product Manager eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the end-to-end development of impactful marketing technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Product Planning: Support the Product Manager in defining product goals, features, and roadmaps aligned with company strategy.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
- Research and Insights: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze market trends to identify product improvement opportunities.
- Product Documentation: Help maintain product requirements documents, user stories, and other technical documentation in tools like Jira and Notion.
- Feature Testing & QA: Participate in UAT, assist in validating product features before release, and coordinate with QA to ensure quality.
- Customer Empathy: Act as a voice of the customer by understanding their challenges and ensuring product decisions align with user needs.
- Progress Tracking: Help monitor and report on product performance using basic metrics and KPIs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in product management or a related field (internships count!).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Notion, or Figma).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A curious mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodology is a plus.
